Tesla ceramic window tint in Paradise Valley, AZ

Paradise Valley sits open to the sky below Camelback and Mummy Mountain, and a Tesla parked on a west-facing drive in Clearwater Hills catches the full brunt of the afternoon. Ceramic tint pulls that heat off the cabin without darkening the glass roof or touching a single Autopilot camera.

Tesla glass runs big. The panoramic roof on a Model Y or Model 3 acts like a skylight over the cabin, and on the open estate lots around Cheney Estates and Tatum Canyon there is little mature shade to soften the load. The factory rear glass is dyed for privacy, not heat, so a car that already looks tinted from the outside can still bake by mid-afternoon. Ceramic tint is what actually brings the interior temperature down and keeps the seats and screen out of the direct sun.

We install signal-safe premium ceramic that rejects up to 85% of infrared heat and up to 99% of UV without going dark or blocking GPS, cell signal, your keyfob, or the Autopilot cameras. The large glass roof takes a clear-leaning ceramic that cuts heat while keeping the open feel, and the fronts are cut to Arizona's 33% VLT rule, with any darkness allowed on the rears and a visor strip up top. Tinting does not void your Tesla warranty. Book at our Glendale or Phoenix shop by appointment, or we can bring the install to you in Paradise Valley for a distance-based premium quoted upfront. Full vehicle starts at $439 out the door, tax included.

Teslas and EVs run a bit more than a comparable gas vehicle. The larger glass and tight fitment take more film and care. Prices are out the door, tax included, so what you see is what you pay. We confirm your exact price before we start.

Tesla Tint in Paradise Valley: FAQ

Will ceramic tint mess with Autopilot or my key on a Model 3 or Y? +

No. We use signal-safe ceramic that does not block the Autopilot cameras, GPS, cell reception, or your phone and keyfob signal. Everything that made the car smart still works exactly as it did the day you picked it up.

How dark can I legally tint the front windows here in Paradise Valley? +

Arizona law requires the front side windows to allow at least 33% VLT, so they stay fairly light. The rear windows can go any darkness you like, and a visor strip is allowed along the top of the windshield. We cut everything to spec so you stay legal on the drive down to Scottsdale or Phoenix.

Does tinting my Tesla void the factory warranty? +

No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a properly installed tint does not void your Tesla warranty. Our film sits on the glass and comes off cleanly if it ever needs to.

The roof and rear glass already look tinted from the factory, so why add ceramic? +

The factory glass blocks some visible light for privacy but very little infrared heat, which is why a Tesla still gets hot on a west-facing lot below Mummy Mountain. A clear-leaning ceramic on the roof and a proper ceramic on the sides cut the actual heat load, not just the glare.
